We will be cleansing our fields and letting go of the stagnant energy. Activation of the energy of fire will be used for setting our intentions. Fire is the energy of transformation and change. It is used mainly for clearing which is going to help us in the recreation of our structure.
We will start the mornings with one hour of Yoga flow and QiGong Conscious Movement
The retreat will be hosted by a royal location surrounded by the greatness of the mountains and the royalty of the surrounding castles
On the last day we will be having an expedition to an energy power place
